Susie is an English graduate with over 15 years’ experience writing for large and small organisations. Susie provides specialist support to a diverse range of clients to assist with:

Susie is adept at researching and understanding complex or technical concepts, having worked on £multi-million bid submissions for end clients such as the Highways Agency, Network Rail, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defence. Before founding Refined Writing, Susie was a full-time Bid Writer at Amey plc, one of the UK’s leading public service providers.
